Photoshop 2025 Lasso Tool Missing

Photoshop 2025 Lasso Tool Missing. I've reset the tools, reset all photoshop settings in my performance tabs and all. I have gone into the edit tool bar, and told it to restore defaults, but it still won't come back into the tool bar.

However if one of my apps in the background pops up or if i accidentally hit. I just launched ps 2025, and unfortunately the magnetic, as well as the polygon lasso tool are bugged.
